Unlocking or Jail Breaking
At QRM we have become known over 16 years of our reputation and quality of workmanship and dedication to our OEM suppliers. And although we are not affiliated with Apple or other OEM’s we ask that you do not ask us to unlock or jail-break your phones. We are able to work and repair an unlocked or jail-broken phone but we are not able to guarantee your phones stability. Your device will probably not pass our final test procedures and specifications and will prevent us from offering you our warranty.

We at QRM ask that you do not compromise you or your family’s safety by calling for help in an emergency only to find out your phone does not work because of modified software.
Data Loss
We strongly recommend you back up all your pictures, videos, contacts, notes, text messages, calendars, and any other settings or data on your device before sending it to us for repair. We are not responsible for the loss of data.
Parts Labour Warranty
All of our parts and labour are warranted for a period of 6 months from the date of installation.
Iphone, ipod, batteries are guaranteed for a period of 1 year from date of installation.
We at QRM do our best to help our customer and we are not responsible for neglect or abuse to equipment and would ask you contact us prior to returning a device for warranty to obtain the proper return procedure
and discuss the problem you are experiencing. There is no warranty on our work/parts should your device be dropped, left in extreme heat or cold, water damaged etc.
Pricing
Prices may change at any time and we will do our best to update these changes so our customers are kept up to date with the best prices available.
Photographs
If your device has a camera installed we will take a picture with your device when it arrives at our facility and another picture when we do our Quality control. We will not view other photos on your device.
Should we see screen savers or other images that are illegal we will notify the appropriate authorities.
Our facility has always captured video footage of our shipping receiving and service areas to address any discrepancies regarding how we received or shipped your device. Our video security system keeps up to 2 years of history and is recorded on and off site to a secure server to help protect our facility from theft.
